DELIVERY TIME
Lead time
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an email confirming the order and a link to be clicked. After receiving the acceptance of the COD order or after the payment for the order, we start its implementation, and you will be kept informed about the progress of our work.
Date of receipt of the package = shipping date + delivery time
The date of shipment results from the hand-made order for making the cosmetic and the chosen form of payment, while the delivery time depends on the form of delivery you choose. We work from Monday to Friday. Orders placed from Friday from 15 to Sunday are implemented from Monday.
Availability of products
For each product, there is a deadline that describes when the products can be shipped from us – from 24 (sample) hours to 3 days. We make every effort to ensure that the offer presented on the website corresponds to the real stock levels, but it may happen that the actual delivery time will be extended – we will inform you immediately. Our series are short. Most of the cosmetics are made to order so that they are as fresh as possible. If you order multiple products, the shipping time for the entire order is matched to the product with the longest shipping time.
Payment method
- Electronic payment – the most convenient and very fast way of order fulfillment. During business hours, the funds will usually be credited to our account immediately.
- Payment by bank transfer – the order processing time depends on the moment the payment is credited. Depending on the bank, it usually takes up to two business days.
- Cash on delivery – the fastest form of payment, enabling immediate order fulfillment. Please note that it is also charged with additional delivery costs.
Delivery form
- The courier company allows you to deliver the order usually within 1-2 working days from dispatch.
- INPOST usually delivers parcels within the declared 2 working days to the parcel locker.
